Start date: August 6th, 2018
Duration: 6 months (potential to extend to 12 months)
Manager: HR Director
TASKS:
  • Benefits management: Tickets Restaurant: Orders meal vouchers on a monthly basis according to the internal procedure and resolves any related inquiry with the vendor. Employee Services Awards: Supports the awards delivery ensuring coordination with vendors, HR EMEA and managers. Company car: Supports locally the globally-driven activities regarding the company car fleet.
  • Internal communication:HR mailboxes: Filters on a daily basis ensuring to address the inquiries to the different stakeholders. Supports HR based communications in coordination with Comms function.
  • Talent acquisition: Talent acquisition/development. Onboarding, supporting pre-onboarding activities and on-boarding logistics. Internship Program; supporting job posting, pre-onboarding activities, welcome, follow-up and termination processes.Gather goal-setting, individual development plans and end-year performance review and supports the data analysis.
  • Supporting: HR teammates/ HR Director in any requirements. Managers physical information (contracts, legal documents...) keeping employee's files organized. Processes Hr purchase orders and invoices. Ensures car fines and garnishments are proceed properly.

Qualifications

Education: 3rd/4th year student / finished studies of work science, psycology or similar.

Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

The ability to multitask, process and manage information, problem-solve.
