The department Business Enabling is belonging to the unit Organizational Management at Allianz Technology. It supports to shape and steer Allianz's strategic development by defining and implementing the global Allianz Technology footprint. The function operationally ensures the business enabling for international production or delivery by developing and integrating all Allianz Technology branches.

• Degree in business management, economics, IT or similar study courses.
• Professional working experience of min. 6 years with past experience in Consulting and/or Project Management.
• Experienced in business case calculation, as well as Change Management & Transformation or/ and M&A Projects.
