Your main tasks would consist of customer service assignments that include for example the following:
-Dealing with clients via phone and email
-Assisting in check ins and guest reception
-Handling reclamations
-Handling bookings
-Advertisement
-Creating and managing newsletters
-Apartment visits with customers
-Assisting Marketing Department
-Helping with quality control on web content.
