JUKE is a digital Music Service that combines the strengths of both radio and on-demand and makes these worlds complementary to each other in one service. JUKE offers linear radio for its users, combined with 50+ million tracks and on-demand playlists in one hybrid model and bridges the gap between linear and on-demand. With this approach we offer our users the most relevant music service in one place and are able to service both the laid-back-listener and the pro-active-streamer.

 

We launched JUKE in the Netherlands last year and recently launched in Germany and Spain will be our next big launch. You will play a crucial role in improving our product and thus driving our expansion to the rest of the world.

 

We are looking for an experienced research manager to join the JUKE Product team in Barcelona. As a member of the product experience team, you will discover and deliver on product experiences for our JUKE users.

What you’ll do

  • Innovate the user experience (product discovery) by applying user research and methods like design thinking by working closely together with ux designer and product manager
  • Generate insights that help ideation of new concepts and new functionalities
  • Set up and run research projects (quantitative and qualitative)
  • Apply traditional, new and lean methods to gather insights from our users: face-to-face interviews, guerrilla and online user testing, a/b testing, card sorting, multi-variant tests, 5-second tests and click-flow analysis etc
  • Run projects ensuring the consumer is always at the heart of all our initiatives
  • Work with multiple stakeholders on an international level internally (design, engineering, marketing), but also externally (research partners, engineering partner, 3rd parties)
  • Create market, trend and competitor analysis
  • Close cooperation with data processing & data collection specialists (business intelligence) to identify, collect and process data
  • Create customer journey maps
  • Ensure that global and local business questions are continuously reflected for JUKE
  • Make sure that insights are available to all stakeholders

           

Your qualifications

  • Min of 5 years in a UX research role
  • End-to-end experience with all aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting)
  • Experience with A/B testing and user journey mapping
  • Extensive experience in managing and developing quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Analysis skills and familiarity with statistical, data analysis and visualisation software (e.g. SPSS, mTab, Tableau) and survey software (e.g. Survey Monkey, Questback etc.)
  • Good visualization skills of data in presentations
  • Fluent in English is an absolute must
  • A hands-on mentality
  • Tech experience a bonus
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • You are deeply passionate about JUKEs mission and products
  • Experience and/or understanding of the international music industry is preferred

Requisitos
