Solution Architect will be part of the Solution Innovation team in EMEA and will join Sales and Opportunity team to understand client expectations, market & industry dynamics, to architecture solution which will leverage the best and the greatest of Accenture offering & assets and to shape value proposal Business Outcome led.
Solution Architect will be judged around the following main points:

• SA can confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy

Financial & Account SA will join the global network with F&A Capability leads, F&A Offering lead, F&A analytics team, F&A Business Advisors.
He / She will need to build strong network within Sales & Account team.
He / She will execute Accenture strategy by driving innovation and rotating our business to the New.
He / She will drive innovation into Financial and Accounting domain shifting the client from traditional F&A to Digital F&A transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Ability to have a seat at the table with the client
· Ability to shape a C-level value proposal including the latest and the greatest of Accenture, highly differentiative and compelling proposal fitting to client expectations and addressing client challenged
· Ability to drive true solution differentiation through automation, analytics, liquid, cloud, technology stack, As a Service, etc
· Ability to define indicative Business Case at early stage of the Sales process with minimal data and guidance
· Ability to understand the competitive landscape and how the competition will position their solution vs Accenture
· Ability to confidently articulate the future of Operations and the journey roadmap for the strategy
· Think out of the box / Forward Thinking
· Move out of its comfort zone to try new things and drive innovation
· Ability to manage complex deal, complex situation
· Ability to negotiate with multiple stakeholders, drive consensus, take difficult decision when required
