Who you are:
A motivated and dynamic communicator who can build strong partnerships and liaise with industry partners. You are a fast learner and able to handle multiple projects that ultimately grow our market share and business longevity. You are results-driven, a good problem solver, self-starter and a team player; working closely with our Business Development Lead and the rest of the team.
-A person with studies in marketing/communications/business or the equivalent in experience.
-Previous sales and/or affiliate marketing experience.
-Excellent English. German or any Nordic languages are a plus.
-Excellent communication skills.
-Excellent writing skills with high attention to detail.
-Problem-solving aptitude; ability to conduct research, define problems and prepare responses to anticipated questions and queries, make logical conclusions, anticipate obstacles, and consider different approaches during the decision-making process.
-Responsive to and good at giving feedback.
-An independent worker, but with good team skills.
-Ability to learn fast and perform well under pressure.
-Looking for a job and a company with which they can grow!
Your tasks would include, but not be limited to:
-Contacting new affiliates/partners
-Managing current affiliates/partner, setting goals and following up on performance through data analysis.
-Working within a budget. Negotiating and closing deals.
-Content creation and working with our design, copy and translation teams.
-Supporting other tasks relating to affiliate management and business development.
