Lo que vas a hacer

Teleperformance Spain, a worldwide leading company in outsourcing, is looking for Customer Service Advisors for one of our clients, one of the largest leisure, travel and tourism company in the world.


- Answer FAQ's on the project and courses
- Coordinate basic customer queries - customers running late, re-bookings, course queries
- Update customer records in our event registration system

Qué ofrecemos

  • 18.500€ gross/year
  • Full-time contract (39 hours/week)

  • Monday to Friday schedule

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Mínimo secundaria (ESO) requerido
  • Experience in customer service or helpline services
  • Polite & friendly telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills; ability to simply explain technology and have deep customer empathy
  • Native level of Dutch
  • Advanced level of English
