Marketing Assistant en Barcelona

CloudGuide is a global tourist app for smart cultural sightseeing and a platform, uniting all cultural institutions and tourist attractions in one place with official content and multimedia guides, helping them communicate with their visitors and get to know them better. We are working with over 350 institutions in 13 countries, including the Vienna State Opera, Atomium (Brussels), Van Gogh Museum (Amsterdam), Smithsonian (Washington), Jewish Museum (Berlin), Miro Foundation (Barcelona), Sagrada Familia (Barcelona) and Moulin Rouge (Paris).

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our marketing team. A person who flourishes in a fast paced, dynamic international environment and loves cultural travelling; someone who is driven, self-motivated and has the willingness to learn.

If you are someone who fits this profile and are looking to develop a career in marketing, then this new role might be perfect for you. The marketing assistant will be supporting all day to day marketing activities within CloudGuide, including promotional efforts, being involved in the creative process and actively taking part of launching and the smooth running of digital content and online marketing projects.

Responsibilities & role:

· Updating company social media and other digital properties.

· Developing & executing a variety of digital email campaigns and newsletters.

· Develop and update support materials for sales & marketing team (case studies, presentations).

· Working with internal teams on development and delivery of marketing webinars.

· Learning and working with various types of software related to digital marketing.

· Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.

· Understanding company product and brand.

· Providing administrative support for all marketing activities.

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Mínimo bachillerato requerido
  • Education in business, marketing, communication or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Native level English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Competency in Adobe Creative, including Photoshop and InDesign.
  • Willing to experience a start-up mentality and atmosphere.
  • Great ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong Attention to detail.
  • Similar experience in past job or internship role (experience in a digital marketing role is a plus).
  • Passion related to the art and travel world is a plus.
