Due to a recent promotion we have a fantastic opportunity for a Fleet Analyst. Reporting to the Fleet Operations Manager the Fleet Analyst will be responsible for Infleet & Defleet administrative and operational tasks, fleet accounting management and analysis and month end.

The role: Taking the wheel at Hertz

• Fleet Agreement preparation ( agreements information, timing and specifications)

• Fleet models definition, creation and uploading into systems and full communication to the departments involved in the rental processes the company

• In fleet process follow up and coordination ( incidences resolution)

• Weekly analysis to identify and prioritize vehicles to be de fleeted as per Fleet Plan and coordination with OEMs and departments involved in the process. De fleet process follow-up (communications with OEMs, local reports, communication with Operations...)

• OPE check to provide Fleet Planning Cap cost/ accurate data

• Weekly internal reports ( additions/deletions) Local & International Report

• Weekly excess mileage/age vehicles control. Monthly forecast

• Update and maintain Fleet databases. Prepare fleet reports to ensure fleet cost control ( Holding Cost per vehicle model, including depreciation, refurbishment, transport, ...

• Fluent communication and coordination with other department: Fleet Accounting/ Car Sales, Operations/Distribution/ Sales/ Finance/ Marketing

• Purchase orders and billing process ( BB billing control )

• Vehicles prices communication to create purchase orders

• Coordinate risk sales process providing weekly data by customers and car sales department

Your skills: What you'll need for a great journey

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Management

• 2-3 years in similar position in a multinational company, desirable in automotive sector

• Analytical mind

• Good communication and relationship builder (communicates in an engaging and persuasive manner)

• Empathy

• IT capabilities to handle different internal systems

• Able to be ahead of issues/ issues tackle in a good manner

• Defines clear plans, action steps and time-frames

Knowledge:

• Reporting and analysis skills

• Fluent in English

• Excel advance level
