The Digital Media Specialist is responsible for coordinating, executing and evaluating all 360º digital plans for given projects working with the Creative Agencies and the Digital Manager. S(he) will be responsible for planning, executing and coordinating all digital activities to promote Red Bull events, including working with external agencies to coordinate website developments, developing and working with the Media Agency to fulfill Digital Media campaigns and coordinating with the rest of the Digital and Social team to achieve the digital KPIs. This role needs to be creative, accountable in the projects S(he) is involved and Digital Savvy to create PESO plans (Paid, Earned, Social and Owned channels activations).
(S)he develops strategies to meet the targets and improve the effectiveness of all digital activations.
(S)he measures the success, create post campaign debriefs and propose improvements to maximize efficiency.
(S)he coordinates the production of digital media creative elements with the Media Agency, the Brand Manager and the Digital Manager.
(S)he provides design, support and technical advice on the creation of digital assets. (Websites, in venue activations...).
(S)he briefs creative agencies and oversees the production process to ensure every project is delivered on time and is in line with the company quality standards.
2-3 years work experience in similar role.
Knowledge of digital media market: UX, digital engagement, digital storytelling, digital advertising.
Excellent understanding of local/International company’s digital strategy.
An excellent understanding of how to communicate with different audiences.
Organizational and project planning/management skills working with internal and external stakeholders.
Proactive, open minded and online oriented.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work and build relationships with a range of partners, stakeholders and external contractors.
