• Definition, design, supervision of implementation programs in the digital and organizational transformation of banking and insurance companies.
• Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. 
• Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.  
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
• Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.    
• Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.

• Ability to identify, shape, sell and lead consulting work Finantial Services industry, working collaboratively with client senior leaders and teams
• Bachelor’s degree
• Expert in Agile Methodology with proven experience either as a Scrum Master or as an Agile Coach
• Communication and training skills (ability to impart training or lectures)
• Coaching skills
• Ability to cope with business teams and management levels
• Ability to lead initiatives independently
• Accustomed to teamwork, empathy, proactivity, responsibility
• Desirable Experience in the financial sector
• Desirable Knowledge Management 3.0, SAFE
