Accenture is looking for a PMO Consultant for an important client in Barcelona.
 
Key responsabilities:
  • Support to the definition of a PMO.
  • Realize the control and monitoring of projects.
  • Project tracking management.
    • Control of deliverables.
    • Test control performed.
    • Preparing the financial reporting and forecasts.
  • Perform capacity management.
    • Global view of available resources.
    • Resources Forecast.
  • Support in the definition of methodologies of development and project management.
  • Assurance of methodologies compliance.
    • Tutoring, Coaching.
  • Adapt Methodology for different project type.
  • Support in the implementation of IT Processes.

Basic qualifications:
  • Computer engineer or similar
  • Knowledge in SDLC methodologies
  • Knowledge in Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge in IT Operative Models and Governance models
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Ability to transform business requirements into solutions
  • Ability to work creatively in a context of problems solving
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to interact with the client
Preferred skills:
  • Previous experience as member of a PMO.
  • Ability to deal with conflicts.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Experience working with project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage different priorities.
  • Defining standards and executing tasks associated with supporting client PMs in managing projects.
  • Good written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.
  • Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture’s business in the Financial Services Technology Advisory área.
  • People development and team building skills.
