Serves as a point of contact for GU Total Rewards teams in the Europe region.

Works with Geographic Units (GUs) to support the creation and delivery of effective total reward strategies. Helps share a comprehensive view of the Global Total Reward CoE’s activities and program rollouts with local Reward teams. Brings to life global reward strategies and business priorities for GUs to understand and implement, whilst considering the local market, business needs, and affordability.

 

Supports the GUs in assessing and executing new reward programs and sharing best practices between locations. Provides line of sight back to the Global CoE and informs other key stakeholders of how each location will deliver the initiatives. Provide GUs process support from market intelligence through planning to rewards administration and ensure alignment to career architecture and performance achievement design principles.

Qualifications
 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of HR experience and preferably with 2-3 years specializing in Compensation/Rewards
 

Preferred Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Total Rewards design and strategy experience
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organization or consultancy preferred
  • Experience of full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation
  • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred
  • Advanced modelling (Excel) skills
  • Excellent knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools

Other Requirements:

  • A flexible attitude to working hours is necessary as the role may require to work effectively across multiple time zones
  • As this is a global role, the individual must be comfortable working remotely (i.e. via conference calls, etc.)
  • Occasional international travel may be required
