Lo que vas a hacer
Depending on the Head of Administration, you will help in the corporate department:
- Making sure that office equipment is maintained, relevant records are up to date and that all administrative processes work effectively.
- Organising all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
- Preparing meeting rooms and greeting clients, bookings, arranging couriers, sorting and distributing post.
- Assisting HR department in event tasks, procedures, communication, documentation, …
- Assisting employees in their travel needs and executing general office management tasks
