Online Psychiatry is a fast-growing UK mental health company providing specialist online psychiatric care across the United Kingdom.

We are building a modern, accessible and operationally excellent mental health platform, working with leading psychiatrists and therapists to improve access to high-quality care.

We are looking for a highly proactive and ambitious intern to work directly with the CEO on growth, partnerships and operational initiatives.

This is a highly hands-on role with real ownership and exposure from day one. You will support strategic projects across partnerships, referrals, growth initiatives and business operations while helping scale a healthcare company operating in the UK market.

The internship is full-time, primarily based in our offices near Avenida Diagonal (Barcelona).

• Support referral and partnership initiatives across the UK mental health ecosystem
• Assist with outreach, follow-ups and relationship management
• Help optimize workflows and operational processes
• Support LinkedIn presence and content distribution
• Track growth KPIs, acquisition channels and performance
• Support CRM management and database organization
• Assist the CEO on strategic and operational projects

• Studies in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications or related fields
• Previous internship is highly valued
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong execution capacity
• Proactive and eager-to-learn mindset
• Interest in startups, healthcare, growth or partnerships
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English required

• Duration: 6 months (3-month internships may also be considered)
