ARE YOU THE NEXT AREA FACILITY MANAGER FOR H&M? Your mission is to effectively and efficiently ensure the delivery of Facility Management Services that:

You support the business by setting and implementing and managing the hard and soft services to deliver a Great Customer Experience in line with the H&M Group Goals and Country FM Strategy.
WHAT:
Implement and manage FM services according to Country FM strategy. Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing operations (hard and soft services) Liaise with Area Stakeholders. Review energy consumption – secure routines and detect potential savings. Responsible for the Area FM budget along with the Facility Controller. Ensure contractual compliance for FM Service delivery from External Service Provider and landlords. Act as an active receiver for new stores and rebuilds. Execute agreed initiatives and projects for the Area. Monitor and follow up cost performance and quality performance on Store and Area level. Gather and implement best practices from Country FM

Requirements:
Have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role managing across multiple sites. Have a high level of English and Spanish and excellent communication skills Have leadership experience and consider yourself a team player Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer studies background will be valued. Fluent in Microsoft office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel
