Tourism Business Development - Internship en Barcelona

Looking to work in the tourism industry within a start-up environment? Are you passionate by Travel, Authentic experience and Alternative way to visit a city? And living in Barcelona for a couple of month? Here we are, it is what we do in Barcelona. Our Philosophy is to offer another way to discover Barcelona. We like to create authentic experience and make our clients feel like a local. We work with personalised, luxury and custom travel agency (Paris, London, Montreal, Bruxelles, Geneva, etc.), with private companies and direct clients.

Lo que vas a hacer

As a young growing start-up, we are actively looking for motivated candidates to join our team in Barcelona. We believe every day is different and we are looking to make your internship as various as possible. We offer a position with a complete training on various field.

Your responsibilities :

  • Community Manager: Increasing followers, creating partnerships with restaurants/bars, Make our community dynamic, etc.
  • Business development: We are looking to target English speaking markets as B2B and B2C (North Europe, USA
    and Canada).
  • Marketing and sales: Organising a marketing strategy, create adds etc…
  • Products development: testing and creating new products.
  • Organising tours: Be in touch with the clients to share Barcelona's secrets.
  • Starting and developing the corporate events, incentives and team building activities.

Qué es lo que pedimos

  • Mínimo estudios universitarios requeridos
  • Marketing / Tourism / Business degree (ongoing or finished)
  • Having a passion for traveling, adventure and discovery
  • Excellent level of English or Native English speaker + excellent level of Spanish + French is appreciated
  • Excellent writing and orally skills
  • High knowledge on social networks, interest on new trends or good spots
  • Having the ability to build partnership and business development
  • Flexible, open-minded and high level of energy, high organisation level and being independent
  • Previous experience in tourism and sales
  • People with a university degree, but will take time to listen to why you dropped out if you are convincing

Work conditions :

  • Remuneration: 250€/month + bonus depending on targets
  • Working hours: 35hours/week – Free Friday afternoon
  • Including visits and sites testing
  • Opportunities for promotion after 2 months
  • Possibility of telework
