German Lead Generation Assistant en Madrid

We are looking for a highly motivated Business Intern for the German Market to join our high-.growth startup, working with & supporting the German Sales team based in our European Headquarter in Madrid. You'll have a very proactive attitude, be sharp and analytical and very sales oriented.

Lo que vas a hacer

Key Accountability and Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents such as: market analysis, benchmark reports, courier contracts, prices,
  • competitor studies, presentations and client proposals.
  • Assist in preparing Sales presentations.
  • Planning and elaborate presentations with couriers, marketplaces
  • Enter and update leads and sales data in Salesforce
  • Provide support to the Sales Team & Country Manager with any issue that may come up
  • Regularly run checks on the country website to make sure everything is working smoothly
  • Help manage the Country Manager mail, schedules, coordinate meetings, and prioritize

  • Assist in any other on-demand administrative issues

Key Skills, Knowledge, Experience and Competencies

  • Fluent in German
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or Economics, or similar field. Enrolled in MBA is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to interact and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure and prioritize time-sensitive tasks.
  • Proactive and results driven
  • Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Excel. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Organized, committed, diligent, fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Desire to work in an international environment.
