AREA DESCRIPTION:

The objective of the E2E Digitalization is to integrate customer and company views covering not only front but also back interventions, and to enable new products and services that respond to customer’s necessities and company’s capabilities. To articulate an effective E2E Digitization is necessary that it orchestrate 3 different visions around which it has to be triangulated
• Customer Experience: we need to ensure that E2E Digitization gives the customer experience expected by the customer
• Operations: E2E Digitization should boost the efficiency of the operations performed by the company
• Capabilities: Necessary capabilities to ensure the efficiency of operations and to respond to the customer experience demanded must be enabled

Within the E2E Digitalization initiative and as part of Telefonica Global Resources Control Team, E2ED Control Unit  has been established to define and implement a new Control Model to enable the Group to measure, monitor and foresee the impacts of the Digitalization in the P&L of Telefonica, working directly with the Global and Local Teams to ensure the alignment and link between the different transformation initiatives in all the OBs and its correlation with the expected impacts both in main KPIs (operatives and economics) and in the financial variables (potentials and P&L effects).

MISSION: Actively support and responsible for defining and implementing a new Control Model to enable the Group to measure, monitor and foresee the impacts of the Digitalization in the P&L of Telefonica, working directly with the Global and Local Teams to ensure the alignment and link between the different transformation initiatives in all the OBs and its correlation with the expected impacts both in main KPIs (operatives and economics) and in the financial variables (potentials and P&L effects).

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:

The applicant shall be requested to actively support and be responsible for:
• Definition, implementation and evolution the E2E Digitalization Economic Framework to fit Group requirements
• Establish close relationship with the Global and Local Trasnformation and Control areas to share the E2ED Economic Scope
          o Review and support the savings plan related to E2ED Plan
          o Identification of the benefits realization of the E2ED Plan
• E2ED financials measuring and monitoring:
          o Follow up and reporting of the status of the E2ED Initiatives implementation impacts
          o Communication of results
          o Analysis of initiatives, plans, KPIs and costs to propose improvements and recommendations
          o Asses impact over OBs costs

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

University Degree in Business Administration or engeneering with financial backgorund
MBA or Master in Financial Management shall be appreciated

SPECIFIC SKILLS: Proven experience in Telco business environment

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE: Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc.

LANGUAJES: Fluent spanish & english

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years in Financial, Control & Planning departments or simmilar functions
