Description

 

Sales professionals are dedicated to growing a profitable pipeline and/or backlog of sales, through deal origination, sales negotiations and closure. They own the sales process and outcomes.

 

As an Analyst, you will support the Sales team during the entire selling cycle from working on the proposal presentation to the elaboration of the Business Case providing new ideas based on the understanding of our offerings and our client’s needs.

We expect you to provide the Sales Team with critical thinking, new ideas and ways of working aligned to the Digital experience our clients are increasingly adopting: creativity when elaborating the client value proposition and deliverables (e.g. proposal deck), innovation when shaping the business case and agility to react to changes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the overall sales process by:

    • Developing both client and Accenture business cases

    • Elaborating the client proposal

    • Updating and maintaining the information of the deals in the Sales corporate tool according to the stage within the Sales cycle

  • Help the Sales Team providing valuable inputs for value propositions

  • Facilitate corporate reviews, creating presentations for all stage reviews of opportunities to facilitate the top management to obtain necessary approvals

  • Interlocution with other teams involved in the Opportunity: Technology, Consulting or Outsourcing client teams, Solution Architects, Legal, Finance, etc

  • Gain knowledge on the Consulting and Outsourcing practices as well as in the most innovative technologies to be considered for the Financial Services clients like Cloud, Analytics, AI, Analytics, etc.

  • Ability to quickly adapt to a Digital changing environment where the client needs and the Technologies to satisfy those needs are continuously evolving

  • Ability to work through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions by using new Digital tools and capabilities

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Proactive, self-driven

  • Ability to work collaborative

  • High communication and presentation skills

  • Familiar with Story-Telling, Design Thinking, Agile methodologies, etc.

  • Motivated by innovation and the possibility of working with new technologies

  • Management of MS Office Tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc)

Background / Education

  • Engineering Degree or Bachelor in either Business Management, Economics or Business Administration
