Joining the team of our client in the center of Ireland as a Customer Care advisor! In this position, you will interact with customers providing information in response to queries and problems via inbounds calls, emails and chatting in both Spanish and English. You will be working for our client, which is a global provider of medical devices used in critical care and surgery. Next to providing the best customer care and responding to all questions and queries, you are also responsible for adding all relevant data and orders into the system. You will be doing this all in an international working environment.
The position is fulltime, 40 hours in the week, meaning that you will work sometimes in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening.
