An immediate opportunity exists for an ambitious person to join a fantastic IT Networking Agency in central Barcelona.
ROLE
- You will be a confident communicator with Partners and Professionals, conducting regular visits and meetings to ascertain needs and discuss job requirements and personal specifications. Ultimately, you will have a flair for matching the right talent with the right company.
- The role of a staffing consultant is a competitive one. You will be expected to make sales calls on a daily basis so you will need to be confident, hardworking and able to work to deadlines and under pressure. The rewards are fantastic as is the long-term potential. The company is flat structured so if you are ready for promotion, it will be given to you.
Qué ofrecemos

Qué es lo que pedimos
- FP/Diplomatura/Grado
- Any commercial work experience in a sales, telesales, customer service role or equivalent is a huge advantage.
- The key characteristics of a good staffing consultant are hardworking, tenacious, ambitious, motivated, bright, and competitive - not necessarily in that order!
- You will be trained in how to do the job but a company cannot give you the right attitude which is the most important trait to possess.
