Accenture is looking for a WORKDAY INTEGRATION ANALYST:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Design, build, test and deploy the integrations solutions with all necessary parties to insure that the integration process performs to client expectations
Work with the project team to configure and test integrations between the ERP solution and payroll systems, benefit providers, and other 3rd party solutions
Assist the functional team with the conversion of legacy data into Workday
Perform data loading
Define requirements and architect Workday Integrations to meet client's needs
Plan and lead the activities of the integration team members during the whole project lifecycle
WORKDAY HCM ANALYST:
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Certified Workday professional responsible for delivering solutions in Workday HCM functional areas.
Conduct working sessions to understand client business requirements
Leads and manages functional process design, configuration and deployment of client Global HCM Systems with focus on compensation modules.
Manages relationships with business and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsible for leading activities and mentoring of both onshore and offshore HCM team members.
Responsible for delivering high quality requirement, design, configuration, testing, and support deliverables for HCM systems.
WORKDAY INTEGRATION ANALYST:
Skills
Ability to define the object model of a complex business system by mapping its components
Understand an ERP or complex SaaS system to perform functional tasks
Ability to define requirements/ timing of integration and identify alternative solutions that best fit the client needs
Transform large data sets and format them to various outputs using Excel, XML, and XSLT tools
Knowledgeable in Workday Studio and/or Core Connectors, Workday Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) integrations, Field mapping will be a plus.
Experience
2-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience on implementing Workday HCM.
2-3 years of experience on other HCM solutions such as SAP HR, Success Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proven experience in Business and Systems Integration
Delivery/execution experience.
Fluent in English.
Workday HCM Core certification preferred
WORKDAY HCM ANALYST:
Skills
Advanced knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory by providing guidance to others in functional design processes, and complete functional design documents
Develop complex functional designs, including options for technical platforms
Collaborate with customers to define deployment expectations and ensure consistency with strategic direction
Coach others in the execution of the testing, piloting, installation, and implementation activities on schedule and within budget, providing expertise when needed
Prolific experience in client facing situations
Experience
2-3 years of relevant, hands-on experience on implementing Workday HCM.
2-3 years of experience on other HCM solutions such as SAP HR, Success Factors or Oracle HCM Cloud.
Proven experience in Absence/Benefits module implementations.
