Descripción del puestoThe Trainee will be part of the Engineering Controlling team based in Getafe.
He/She will be integrated in a team of 10 people and will participate to various tasks.
The student will have to the opportunity to be integrated in an international environment and have some operational interfaces.
As such he will participate to several activities:
Definition of cost center costs.
Involvement in the planning of project costs for some Technical domains
Hourly rate set up : headcount and activity level per cost center, set up of budget costs, adjustment of those costs to an affordable and competitive hourly rate definition
Perform closing tasks such as accruals, validation of data and internal transfers.
Generation of reporting : cost center reporting, Spanish platform reporting in a set of standardized reporting
Reporting of Headcount and productivity for all the technical areas.
In the frame of the go live of a new reporting tool, a period of tests and finalization of reporting standards will require additional effort.
This will be the opportunity to be involved in such a project of data quality checks and improvements of the capacity of the tool.
Review of authorized amounts, commitments and call. Monitoring of asset under construction.
Planning of related depreciation
Process improvement for some tasks.
Transnational follow up of some recharging activities within the international engineering perimeter
Support various tasks for consolidation, forecast, defining planning templates...
