Technology professionals implement and lead highly complex technology projects. Working with clients, they design, develop and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive high performance. Job Description
Mobility Services professionals demonstrate skills and experience in all capabilities and skills required to plan and develop strategies to leverage mobility, to design and build/test mobile applications and embedded software, and to develop and deploy mobile managed services.
Mobile Software Services for Delivery and Platform professionals demonstrate skills and experience in a range of embedded software services for clients to best enable a product or device containing embedded software, such as mobile phones, vehicles, industrial solutions, household appliances or consumer electronics. Services include advanced embedded software engineering, device tuning, testing, certification, diagnosis and resolution of errors. All services are offered cross-platform, with support for the leading HLOSs and cloud
Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.

Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.

Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems.

Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor. May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture.
Determines methods and procedures on new assignments with guidance.
Decisions often impact the team in which they reside.
Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Requires:
 
• Extensive experience (7- 8Years) in developing enterprise/business/smart apps on native Android platform
• Proven experience of at least 2 year of developing enterprise grade apps.
• Expert level hands-on knowledge on Android architectural principles, Human Interface Guidelines, Testing Frameworks and automation, Code Coverage tools, Profilers for Memory (Allocations, Leaks, Zombies etc.), CPU (Time Profiler, Trace etc.) and File Systems (Code Data, File Activity etc.).
• Hands-on experience of designing and integrating web-services interfaces (SOAP/RESTful- JSON/XML based) with native apps.
• Hands on experience in integrating 3rd party component like maps, social media, google sdk, analytics tools etc.
• Hands-on experience of working on DBMS, particularly SqLite.
• Hands-on experience of integrating and using version control systems, e.g. SVN and/or GIT.
• Proven hands-on experience of developing reusable components/frameworks
• Proven knowledge and experience of agile development methodology.
• Penchant for Graphic/ Human-Machine interface/UI-UX design principles.
• Ability to create custom components as per the requirement.
• Experience in working with version control software (specifically Git and Subversion).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work independently
• Team player driven to achieve both individual and team goals.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus
