  • We are looking for two experienced CSAs with native Polish and excellent English language skills to join our new Customer Service team! Can you use your skills to solve problems and make an impact in your day-to-day work and for our customers? Have you honed your social skills so that you can give our customers a friendly, personal and positive experience every time? If so, then we want to hear from you!

Who Are We:

  • At Gaea Sciences we create premium quality plant-based nutritional supplements that replace essential nutrients and minerals missing from our daily diets.Launching in Poland in January we are now looking for the very best customer service advisors to have our public face and to deliver front line support, manage our customer inquiries and ensure we deliver excellence in all we do. Our Customer Service department is open from 9am to 7pm Monday to Friday and 10pm to 2pm on Saturday.

Start Date: 15th January 2018

Daily Responsibilities:

  • To resolve customer issues and inquiries via phone, email and live chat
  • To support colleagues and liaise with other departments
  • Positively participating in company events, and in weekly team meetings
  • To promote the Gaea Sciences culture
