Spanish Trails by Alba Programas SL is a boutique incoming travel agency that offers intimate, informative and entertaining experiences and day trips in Barcelona, all around Catalonia and Madrid. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide truly unique and personalized guided experiences, focused on culture and education.
Role:
- Social media marketing planning and execution
- Collaboration in the company's marketing strategy, working together with our Marketing Manager and General Manager
- Support with logistics and daily tasks, both in the office as well as outside with our guides during tours & day trips
- Support with some accounting tasks

- Marketing / Tourism / Business degree
- No experience required
Profile:
- Marketing / Tourism / Business degree (ongoing or finished) plus interest in the Travel & Tourism industry
- Very fluent English required, basic Spanish preferred but not necessary
- A creative mind that can come up with exciting ideas
- Ability to work under little supervision and take initiative
- Good people skills, ability to relate to others, communicate and work within in a team
- Responsible, trustworthy and hardworking
- Driver's license preferred

IMPORTANT:
- This internship is unpaid
- The working hours would be from 8:30 until 13:30 (5 hours a day), Monday to Friday
- The internship would be from the beginning of January, and ideally until July. (Ideal duration: 6 months. Minimum duration: 3 months)
- Please only apply if you would be able to start in the first two weeks of January 2018.
