About the Role
We are seeking a creative and data-driven, person to build our social media strategy with main focus on lead generation and conversion. You will have the opportunity to build our brand presence from scratch and also build advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Set goals and objectives according to company objectives and target customer
- Define KPIs
- Analyze audience
- Analyze competition and best practices
- Select ideal platforms where to be present
- Define voice and tone
- Create content plan
- Launch advertising campaigns
- Test, monitor and evaluate results / engagement

- Digital Marketing - Social Marketing Degree
- Experience not mandatory
The Ideal Candidate
- Passionate with social media and digital marketing
- Good knowledge leveraging Google Analytics
- Data and conversion/results driven
- Fluency in social and advertising platforms including Facebook & Facebook Ads Manager
- Is comfortable and excited about ideating and building campaigns from scratch
- Has creative ideas on how to grow and retain fanbases
- Is comfortable working independently
- Is a self-starter, highly motivated and a real go-for-it mentality
- Ability to multi-task; understanding and prioritization of workload
- English is a must as most of customers are foreigners and all the content will be published in english. Another foreign language would be a plus (french, german or dutch)
