What you’ll be doing?

• Drive development and implementation of bots
• Technical work package lead in procurement transformation projects
• Smart automation solutioning via Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) programming
• Creation and implementation of new automation ideas
• Drive further digitalisation and evolution of Telefonica’s corporate Procurement processes and systems (SAP Ariba & SRM)
• Transformation of department SharePoint website and training of administrator
• Telefonica Germany and local Procurement user training and support
• Ticket und incident management
• 1st level support SRM

What you bring along

• Excellent knowledge in Excel (incl. Macros), good VBA programming
• Good Microsoft SharePoint knowledge (incl. creation of SP websites)
• First knowledge in the robotic/automation area, e.g. chat-bots
• University or FH Degree in (business) informatics or (business) engineering related subject or equivalent level of professional experience
• German and English language fluent verbally and written
• Having fun with technical challenges and keen on implementing new functionalities
• Analytical thinking and quick perception
• Result/quality oriented and working independently
• Basic experience in Procurement preferably in the area of processes and systems (SAP Ariba and SRM)
• Cross-functional and international teamwork
• First project management skills
