We develop smart solutions for our B2B partners in multiple industries to help them better understand their customers and improve their propositions and operations. Our focus industries encompass e.g. media/advertising, retail, transportation, OEM`s or smart cities. We also work with our partners to innovate their propositions, e.g leveraging new sensor technologies in the IoT space.

To drive the development of our data analytics products, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst (m/w) to join the team.

In short, your responsibilities will include: 

• Unterstützung bei Projekt-Anbahnung (pre-sales) und Umsetzung aus Data-Sourcing und Data-Enablement Sicht. Individualbewertungen von Zellinfrastrukturen und der daraus resultierenden Mobilfunkrohdaten für z.B. Flughäfen, U-Bahn-Netze, etc. Zunehmende Automatisierung.
• Laufendes Tracking der Datenqualität (KPIs) von Mobilfunkrohdaten und optimierte Auswahl von Analysezeiträumen für Projekte. Zunehmende Automatisierung.
• Mitgestaltung unserer Daten- und Anoymisierungs-Architektur sowie der zugrundeliegenden IT-Landschaft. Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der jeweiligen Datenschutz-Bestimmungen.
• Methodenverbesserung auf Basis der Mobilfunkrohdaten (z.B. über eigene Testfahrten) im Indoor- & Outdoor-Bereich
• Eigenständiger Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung im Bereich Data Sourcing, Quality Management und Monitoring, sowie Sonderprojekte.

The key skills we're looking for:  

• Mindestens gut abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, (Wirtschafts-) Mathematik, Statistik, Geografie, o.ä.. Masterstudium/Ph.D. ein Plus.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Data Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, Geolocation, o.ä..
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Aufbau von IT- bzw. Big Data Architekturen.
• Genre Berufserfahrung im Transport Planning, Retail Analytics oder verwandten Bereichen.
• Gerne Berufserfahrung im Netzwerkbereich eines Telekommunikationsanbieters.
• Ausgeprägtes analytisches Verständnis, gepaart mit einem Blick für das Detail.
• Weiterhin notwendig:
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse. Gerne gute Deutschkenntnisse.
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Geospatial Data. Erfahrung mit ETL-Prozessen.
• SQL Kenntnisse, gern in einem Big Data Kontext. Weitere relevante Tools wie Python et al.
• Anwenderkenntnisse in z.B. folgenden Applikationen: Datameer, Knime, Rapidminer, Tableau
• Erfahrung mit GIS, Visualisierung. Hadoop. Hive. Flink. AI/Machine Learning. Gerne Kryptografie.
• Microsoft Powerpoint, Excel, Word.
• Von Vorteil:
• Microsoft Visio, Project, Access.
