Administrative services- Cash management, among others custodian of bank accounts and taking care of payment transactions
- Composing annual accounts of eight holding companies
- Reporting to the Chamber of Commerce
- Reporting to the Central Bank authority
- Monitoring and initialling contracts on behalf of the companies
- Maintaining regular contact with the clients and external advisors with respect to new developments or follow-up of ongoing business within the companies
- Archiving the relevant reports of the companies
Legal services
- Within the set time-frame monitoring the various contracts of the companies
- In cooperation with the managing director keeping track of all necessary (legal) documents necessary to compose the annual accounts
Fiscal services
- Taking care of the tax returns (Corporate Tax, Wage Tax, Dividend Tax, Capital Tax and VAT)
- Monitoring the fiscal position of the companies and initialling possible profitable amendments in dialogue with the external tax advisor
- Taking care of any other tax forms (e.g. forms with respect to recently incorporated companies)
Requested skills:
- Master of Business Administration
- very good knowledge of the English language
