Position :
We are currently looking for a Billing Assistant to join our multinational team in Barcelona. Your main missions :
- Receive calls from customer invoices
- Integrate calls into our internal interface
- Manage cancellations
- Manage customer payment reminders

- 2 years of superior study
Profil :
- French fluent, good level of english. Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus.
- Currently in Bachelor or Master Business Administration, Management or equivalent (it is required to have an internship agreement with the university or school).
- We are looking for a very organized and methodical person with a sense of analysis and detail.
- A "let's do it" attitude is paramount ! We are dynamic international team based on energy and proactivity.
Good knowledge of Office Pack.Starting as soon as possible for a minimum of 6 month internship.
