Content Creator Specialist- In house – FELT 

Barcelona | Hybrid (Office: Mon–Wed / Remote: Thu–Fri)

Fixed salary + performance-based bonus

Are you a visual storyteller with a passion for cycling and digital culture? FELT is looking for a Content Creator Specialist- In house- to lead content creation, grow our social community, and bring our brand’s unique product stories to life across the digital ecosystem. 

You are practically a digital native—creating content and storytelling isn’t just your job, it’s your passion and one of your best skills. Whether you’re behind a professional camera or capturing moments with a powerful smartphone, you know how to craft high-quality content and compelling brand/product stories that resonate. 

You will report directly to the Brand & Marketing Director and work closely with the Marketing Project Lead and Graphic Design Lead to shape FELT’s creative output—crafting compelling visuals, engaging with our audience, and connecting content to broader brand and campaign strategies. 

Your Mission 

• Capture and produce photo and video content that showcases FELT’s products, lifestyle, and brand values 
• Edit visual assets with a strong eye for detail, rhythm, and storytelling 
• Design supporting graphics for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms 
• Manage and grow our social channels, especially Instagram and Strava 
• Own community management and customer interactions with empathy and speed 
• Collaborate with athletes, events, and retail partners to amplify brand presence 
• Contribute to content strategy and feed our shared Figma board with fresh creative ideas

Who You Are 

• 1–3 years experience in content creation, photography/videography, and social media 
• Practically a digital native: content creation and storytelling are your passion and top skills 
• Skilled in editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut, or similar) 
• Comfortable with Figma, Instagram, Strava, and CMS platforms 
• Basic graphic design skills and a strong visual sense 
• Passionate about cycling, sports, or outdoor lifestyle 
• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus
