We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Account Specialist to join our Sales team. This role will focus on managing client relationships after onboarding, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the Head of Sales in both B2B and B2C sales initiatives. The Sales Account Specialist will play a key role in nurturing long-term client partnerships, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients after onboarding, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the Head of Sales in daily operations, pipeline management, and strategic projects.
- Work closely with the B2B and B2C sales segments, tailoring support and solutions to each customer type.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and collaborate with the Sales team to maximize revenue growth.
- Ensure client data and interactions are properly recorded and maintained in Zoho CRM
- Generate and analyze client reports, KPIs, and sales performance data to assist management in decision-making.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and Nebeus’ product offerings to effectively address client needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or financial services).
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales processes.
- Experience with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM systems).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
