DSP Manufacturing Technicians

San Sebastián, Spain | On-Site | Full-Time

We are hiring DSP Manufacturing Technicians to support the production of lentiviral vectors in a GMP-regulated environment. This is a hands-on role, reporting directly to the DSP Production Manager, and will play a key part in manufacturing processes and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Execute downstream manufacturing processes for lentiviral vector production in compliance with GMP standards.
• Draft and revise manufacturing protocols, SOPs, and other production-related documentation.
• Maintain production areas in compliance with GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process optimization and investigations.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of batch records and other documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Research, Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in GMP manufacturing and/or bioprocessing is highly valued.
• Strong understanding of downstream processing techniques.
• Ability to analyze data, propose improvements, and support process troubleshooting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to work to deadlines.
