CUSTOMER CARE AGENT –DUTCH

Main responsibilities:

• You will focus in updating the existing installed base of customers.
• Providing a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service to prospective customers
• Understanding customer´s problems and recommend solutions to meet their needs
• Ensuring customer satisfaction
