CUSTOMER CARE AGENT –DUTCH
- You will focus in updating the existing installed base of customers.
- Providing a warm, friendly and personal inbound customer service to prospective customers
- Understanding customer´s problems and recommend solutions to meet their needs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
