Responsibilities include:

Receiving and handling inquiries and provide support in the native language through inbound calls, email or chat applications

Receiving inquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat within a busy customer service team.

Acting as the first point of contact for all Hebrew customers
-
Data inputting and information management.
-
Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues.
-
Perform and complete team related projects with minimal supervision
- Other tasks that fall under the category of customer service
Candidate profile:
-
Fluent in Hebrew and English
-
1+ year experience working within a customer support environment will be a plus
-
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
-
Detail-orientated and customer-focused approach
-
Result focused with demonstrating consistent success through data driven reporting
- A great team player with strong problem solving skills with an interest in resolving customer issues
