Hebrew Customer Service Representatives for Telus International Europe

Currently Telus International Europe are searching for Customer Service Representatives in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will be acting as the first point of contact for all Hebrew customers handling inquiries and providing support through various channels. Responsibilities include: 

  • Receiving and handling inquiries and provide support in the native language through inbound calls, email or chat applications 
  • Receiving inquiries through inbound calls, emails, chat within a busy customer service team. 
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all Hebrew customers 
  • Data inputting and information management. 
  • Liaising with the team leader to resolve any customer complaints/issues. 
  • Perform and complete team related projects with minimal supervision 
  • Other tasks that fall under the category of customer service 

Candidate profile:

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English 
  • 1+ year experience working within a customer support environment will be a plus 
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 
  • Detail-orientated and customer-focused approach 
  • Result focused with demonstrating consistent success through data driven reporting 
  • A great team player with strong problem solving skills with an interest in resolving customer issues
