Sales manager en Madrid

Adelane is an international mobile design and development studio offering digital solutions for businesses. We are launching sales of a new mobile-based solution for HR and Internal communications. We are looking for a sales manager with HR background to manage the whole sales process.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads through social networking, regular email and call campaigns.
  • Conduct product presentations.
  • Define needs of every prospect, advise on product features.
  • Interact with the development team.
  • Prepare commercial offers.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts with customers.
  • Provide support to the customers.

Job requirements:

  • Advanced English (written and verbal).
  • Quick learner, creative and self-starter, with a desire to help people solve problems.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to
  • prioritize.
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant working experience is a plus.
