Your responsibilities:

Office mangement

  • Managing suppliers and purchases
  • Travel assistant
  • Front office
Accounting assistant
  • Registering orders
  • Invoicing
  • Assisting the manager on the company accounting
Human resources assistant
  • Assisting the manager on payroll
  • Assisting the manager on recruitment activities

Professional profile
  • Good to excellent English level
  • Have knowledge of accounting/human resources (even if basic)
  • Knowledge of Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)

Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage own workload, priorities tasks and work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good teamworking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
