RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
- Gathering data on performance of the Wuaki application on all available platforms
- Daily functional testing of the Wuaki app on specific target devices. Login, register, purchase, etc.
- Competition benchmarking on target devices, i.e. content/catalogue, product features, product performance (ease of usage, speed etc.)
- Immediate reporting of issues noticed on the target devices to Product and CS team
Targets:
- Produce daily reports about the performance of the Wuaki TV app on target devices
- Produce monthly competition benchmarking reports
- Develop strong understanding of the VOD (Transactional and subscription) business by the end of semester
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE
- Analytical skills
- Problem solving oriented
- Know to work remotely
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Preferred skills:
- Quality Assurance or Quality Control experience
- Playback testing: knowledge of streaming, player configuration, etc.
- Automation: ability to automate testing using tools like Selenium, etc.
