Key Accountability and Responsibilities
o Defining campaign goals and measuring performance closely against various KPIs
o Creating campaign assets using tools such as Google Tag Manager and graphic design software
o Campaign optimisation using a variety of digital marketing tools (Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Power Editor, Mail Chimp, Tableau)
o Social media management across all leading platforms
o Participate in defining the B2C and B2B marketing strategy
o Propose and implement tests of different acquisition and retention offers, channels, creative, etc
o Work closely with the Sales department to gather and interpret Sales data and adapt marketing tactics accordingly
o Responsible for producing and optimising content for the main website, blogs, emails and in-app communications
o Work closely with the Product department to ensure all new product features are designed and implemented appropriately for the German market
o Responsible for localizing all new product content
o Conducting market, channel, campaign and customer analytics using BI and CRM tools (Tableau and Salesforce)
o Monitoring tests to identify successful initiatives that can grow the business
o Sharing reports and insights across the business
