Responsibilities: The position of Logistics and Customer Service Internship – French market entails the following responsibilities:
- Managing customers' requests over email, phone and social media
- Collaborating with the design department and with different suppliers
- Coordinating receiving, packing and shipping processes with the warehouse
- Cost tracking and invoice checking
- Logistics analysis of our boxes
- Logistics - related reporting
EssentialCriteria:
- Native French e.g. French is your mother tongue and you have lived/worked for at least 10 years in France
- Upper- intermediate level of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, team player
- Resourcefulness and proactive attitude
- High attention to details and number-oriented
- Upper-intermediate level of Excel (formulas and pivot table)
- Eager to learn and self-motivated
Qualifications and desirable criteria:
- Business administration, management, industrial engineering (Undergraduate level preferred)
- Internships, summer part-time work, as well as international experience would be an advantage
