Talent Focus Search is an executive boutique search firm operating internationally representing Blue Chip Fortune 500 clients. Acting as trusted advisors to our clients we identify, headhunt and place high-potential candidates in a variety of core business practices: End to End Supply, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, IT, Commercial and Sales, Retail and Sustainability.

We currently have 2 opportunities for research recruiters to join our operations. this is a launching pad role where you can get an overview of the business working closely with the founder of the company. You will be trained to headhunt in multiple fonctions across variety of industries with the opportunity to be developed and promoted in the company.

WHAT WE NEED

The role will involve significant levels of contact with potential candidates via email and over the telephone, therefore playing a pivotal role in promoting Talent Focus Search profile as an executive talent partner of choice in the international market. To support in connection with researching and developing information relative to potential and active clients and candidates

• Provide a highly professional service in matching relevant candidates to opportunities
• Be able to work autonomously and with integrity, managing your projects and your role as if they are your own business
• Have an energetic, positive outlook and a drive for self-improvement
• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Be goal- oriented and enjoy working to a target
• Complete fluency in English, both written and verbal, other languages a plus

Ideally experienced in Sales or HR, even Business profile

College or Master's degree completed or in process
