The role:
Update internal operations procedures documents as needed, which includes but is not limited to:
- Speakers Operational details, with contact details of emails, phone numbers, changes of job title, specifics of presentation, any needs during conferences, when attending and when not, etc.
- Providers contact details with all data, updating new suppliers as and when they occur.
- Update recruitment websites and university websites with new contact details when changes occur.
- Responsible for weekly Netelip & Skype reports
- Ensuring that all requirements with new recruits and interns are communicated in advance, email address set up
- Helping with the logistic of the conferences
- Helping at the conference, liaising with hotel, speakers and delegates
- Searching leads for conferences and best providers
- Database management
Candidate´s profile:
- Proven track record of being well-organized
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Good team player
- Fluent in English oral and written
- Highly self-motivated
- Confident and self-assured
- Computer literacy
- Based in Barcelona
