digital bartender and bar back. You'll play the role of the bartender by being
the beautiful face of EBS MatchStaff, constantly interacting with our clients.
You'll be our bar back by overseeing the smooth operation of our administrative
duties. You're the sugar to our mojito, without you we taste awful.

ever-increasing demand for well-educated bartenders worldwide. EBS MatchStaff is primarily built
around EBS graduates; it provides them with a website where they can search for
worldwide hospitality positions, for free. EBS MatchStaff is a place where your
opinions and ideas will be valued, and where you can make a difference with your
talent.
EBS MatchStaff is looking for a creative and
talented individual, with a strong desire to pursue a career within business
administration and development. Our Service Development Intern
will work with customer service, administration and B2B sales on a day-to-day
basis. At the same time, you'll work together with our design and content teams
to ensure that we correctly digitalise our service processes. We want to create
step-by-step online guides to support our customers as much as possible.
Finally, you'll be tasked with finding the best solution for CRM, for logging
customer and potential customer interactions.
We're looking for someone who is capable of working
independently, and who has previous experience with project managing and
start-up companies. Your personality will be what carries you through this
internship because you will be directly responsible for our customer
relationships. You must be able to research our target markets and report on their
needs.
Your working hours will be
09:00-18:00 from Monday-Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on Friday. You will need to
bring your own laptop, however you will be provided with a computer screen.
