Manage daily administrative affairs and ensure efficient office operations.
Handle document management and customer support, answer phone calls and receive visitors.
Coordinate meeting arrangements and support marketing activities.
Assist with basic financial records.
Qualifications:
College degree or above, relevant work experience preferred.
Good communication and organizational skills, proficiency in office software.
Fluent Spanish, English skills preferred.
