Mieloo and Alexander Business Integrators is a consulting firm. This is true “people’s business” and we consider our consultants and staff as the sales force. Most of the projects are done at the customers’ premises, and that is where the consultants are working most of their time.
This results in many formal and informal contacts, highly varied.

From a candidate, we expect organization of the implementation project, execution of most of the activities.

Targets to be realized with our own CRM system are:
• To organize our contacts, and to support sales & marketing activities
• A centralized database of contacts, sales & marketing activities
• Remote access to the CRM system for the staff
• Campaign support
• Ease of maintenance of contacts data, ease of activity planning and administration
• Integration with existing infrastructure

Product selection has resulted in Microsoft CRM as the CRM product. Excisting IT-infrastructure is Microsoft Windows Server 2003 & Exchange 2003 (server side), MS XP Pro, MS Office Outlook 2003 (client side). A variety of mobile devices (organizers, phones) is in use.

Activities for realization of a CRM system for Mieloo & Alexander, and integration with the existing infrastructure:
• Analysis of as is situation (organization, processes, systems)
• Analysis of required functionality of the CRM system
• Installation of CRM software, linked to the existing Exchange-servers
• Configuration of required functionality in Microsoft CRM
• Conversion of “legacy data”:
o Outlook contacts
o Spreadsheets
o Other Office-files
o Manual data entry of other data by consultants and office staff
• “Rollout” of the CRM solution to designated workstations and laptops
• Training of consultants and office staff
