What are you going to do:
Your mission will be
- Create engaging content for all platforms, including blog pieces, articles, social media posts and newsletters.
- Develop a content plan with the Content Manager.
- Engage with online community and respond to comments and requests.
- Analyze relevant community metrics.
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives.
- Work with influencers.
- Work with external blogs.
- Liaise with external agencies or journalists to ensure accurate brand representation through press releases.
- Report on Social Media KPIs.

What we ask:
- Minimum university studies required
- This is a must:
- Must be Portuguese native (from Portugal), but the work will be developed in the Barcelona offices.
- A degree in communication, journalism, marketing or related field may be required
- Experience with Social Media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn…) is essential
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of new marketing trends
- Creative thinking

What we're looking for
Flappin' is seeking a talented individual who loves Social Media, community building and communication to become part of the growth of an innovative startup and a high-performance team. You'll partner with our Marketing and Operations team to take control of our online voice and build brand awareness and loyalty for the Portuguese market.
The Community Manager will be responsible for aligning the brand communications, copy translations, PR, Social Media and Customer Service support.
