What is this job about?

As Back Office Assistant you will help in the growth and development of the company by performing administrative activities related to the sales process.

On a daily basis, you will contact clients, manage documentation, and solve any problem that might arise.

Your Challenges

  • Follow-up on customers contacted by your colleagues until the conclusion of the subscription contract
  • Solve problems, claims and complaints promptly
  • Assist your colleagues from the sales team to achieve their objectives
  • Maintain regular contact with customers via email and phone to complete the sales process
  • Perform various administrative tasks as required
  • Manage subscriptions contracts and send them to customers
  • Gather documentation requested by the risk team

What do you need to apply?

  • Language skills: advanced level in Dutch (C1) and Upper-intermediate level in Spanish (B2)
  • At least 6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • You’re not afraid of picking up the phone
  • Ability to manage and send contracts
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • You’re passionate about the automotive industry
