Your work – life opportunity


We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager who loves taking on new challenges, connecting with people and moving the sales process forward. You will create your own leads and opportunities with some support from our Market Research and Growth team and we expect you to be the one to follow up and close them.


You will play an integral role in the expansion of Kubbo’s network in a new market. You will be the sales Account Manager supported by our Head of Sales or any other person in the team that is needed.

You will help us expand our customer base in the Italian by creating and applying an effective sales strategy.


Job duties and responsibilities


  • Market expansion: prospect and develop a new market. New Business acquisition B2B
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from the first contact with new opportunities to the follow up and the sign up
  • Build market position by developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with native digital brands – eCommerce”
  • Consistently exceed your sales quota by identifying, prospecting, and closing deals with prospective clients within your assigned territory
  • Prepare presentations , materials and develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for your future customers
  • Use prospecting tools (calling, emailing, event networking and social selling) to research, identify and generate new business opportunities both in new and existing customers.
  • Use out-of-the-box thinking to develop and implement solutions to unique challenges
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly targets of defined activities and lead generation


Requirements and qualifications


  • Fluent/ Native Italian level
  • Fluent Spanish or English level
  • Possibility to sign an internship agreement
  • Outstanding Business and Sales acumen and clear desire to develop a sales carreer
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize and multitask, work well under pressure, and handle multiple issues simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to effectively organize, research and prepare for calls plus excellent phone presence.
  • High energy and motivation to maintain high activity volumes and meet performance goals.
